Our Wedding weekend falls on Albuquerque's International Balloon Festival and a national holiday so hotels and cars will book up. Please try to book all your travel as soon as possible to ensure you have affordable rates! Even if you are unsure you can attend, we still recommend you book a room at La Fonda as they have a cancellation policy up to 3 days before your stay for a full refund if your plans change!
The entirety of the weekend will be held in Downtown Santa Fe at La Fonda on the Plaza. There are a variety of hotels ranging from pricing and proximity to our event held at La Fonda (here’s a lovely PBS documentary on the hotel to learn a little more about its fascinating history). We have a block of rooms reserved at La Fonda but you can choose to book wherever you may like. To speed up your search, we’ve included a variety of hotels options below.
Downtown Santa Fe is very walkable, but please note Ubers are not very reliable. If you are not renting a car, we recommend trying to stay close to downtown if you can. We will have more information on transportation availability later.

If you are coming from outside of the Southwest area, you’ll likely be flying into ABQ. Downtown Santa Fe is about 1 hour from ABQ airport. To get to Santa Fe, you can take a shuttle, pre-book aTaxi, or rent a car. Taxis are usually for a flat rate of ~$125. The shuttle only runs every 1.25 hours so please double check the timing based on your arrival time.
